Environmental Technology Inc. was founded in 1989 by David Krueger. David graduated from Cook College of Rutgers University, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Management. While working for several years for a consulting firm in New Jersey, David performed various ecological studies in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts; gaining valuable experience in the identification of wetlands, performing aquatic studies on streams and lakes, and becoming familiar with the various permitting processes. He saw an opportunity to establish his own company to provide these services to both the private and public sector. |

There have been many regulatory changes during this time, from the Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act, Assumption of the 404 Program by the State of New Jersey to the Highlands Act and many other new and revised regulations affecting land use in New Jersey. Because of the many regulations in New Jersey, any development from single family home additions to larger scale projects can be challenging. Environmental Technology has stayed abreast of the various regulations in order to assist our broad clientele and steer them through the regulatory maze, which involves preliminary analysis to determine the feasibility of any project and also complete studies and permitting.
